They were very helpful with information. The manager stated that there may be cross contamination in some of the dishes they cook. If you are a normal celiac you should be fine as stated by the previous reviewers, if you are sensitive to cross contamination you might be cautious while they evolve as a restaurant. They are more “fad-gluten free” because they haven’t yet made the commitment to true gluten free without cross contamination. Probably 90% of their menu is gluten friendly.
