Staff and kitchen seem knowledgeable. Excellent GF options. Dedicated fryer for French fries. More than one GF dessert option. High end and delicious food. Updated: ate there first since before pandemic and it was just as amazing.

The staff is very knowledgable about what does and does not have gluten and most items do not. It appears the frites are the only thing fried in the fryer so my celiac husband was very pleased.
