Celiac friendly?

Yes

They do a great breakfast here...just be very very careful when ordering GF. I've been here countless times, but twice I had a feeling the toast I ordered wasn't GF as I specified.. and thank God my "gut" was right because on both occasions that was the case. They apologized and brought me some safe toast. This will not stop me from going there, but I will do a double ask everytime now.

Many options for GF and were really nice to boot!

I've been here 4 times. I had a GF breakfast sandwich once and the GF breakfast wrap 3 times -- all very delicious! I was fine the first 3 times. The last time (breakfast wrap) I saw the place was getting busy and felt like I should make a point of asking them to be careful as I am very sensitive. The server went back and talked to the chef and everything. However, I have never been sicker from a restaurant glutening. Just to clarify, this was in September 2015 in case they have since changed any of their procedures. Not sure what went wrong, I just assume that they try to do too much there (regular, GF, Paleo, a pretty extensive and varied menu for such a small place) and something got mixed up. So, 5 stars for my first 3 visits, no stars for my last. Would love to give them another chance but I don't feel comfortable risking it.

Great GF brown rice breakfast wrap. They were knowledgeable and they made the GF food separately.

Food is great, very fresh. This is my second visit. I'd only prefer less hard-back seating to be more comfortable. I didn't score a softer spot either time.

I'm very happy to have a GF option cafe nearby and it's veg friendly too.

Food tastes pretty close to mom's cooking :)

The staff is super knowledgeable and nice! They have a devious gluten free breakfast wrap that comes with potatoes!

They do have gluten free breads for all of their sandwiches, but you have to ask. It's not on the menu. The showstopper has to be a gluten-free Belgian waffle. Amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

They advertise a Gluten Free Menu and its literally three soups and some potatoes. It's good food but not really gluten free friendly.

Very tasty! I had a bowl of soup & the lovely lady behind the counter suggested a gluten free cheddar biscuit. They were both delicious!
