This is the best meal I’ve had in Paris. I can’t say enough good things about it. Both the dishes and the welcoming service were as good as, if not better than, the Michelin Star dinner I had a few days ago. The server (Clem!) understood gluten and walked us through the menu (it changes frequently). In addition, he double checked with the kitchen—once, he thought a dish was gluten free but the kitchen told him that t contained soy sauce. That is the kind of care that makes me feel safe about gluten at a restaurant.Fun, inventive food, and great wine. I loved every bite. I will come back as often as I can!
