Their menu says they can make any crepes gluten free, but even after they agreed to wipe down the equipment, they cooked the crepes on non-dedicated stovetops (which are handily in full view!) with no apparent precautions at all. At one point, someone left a croissant on the same stovetop they were using to cook our crepes. It seemed clear they didn’t really understand what we were asking of them. I’d give this spot a swerve if you’re highly sensitive, personally. My partner says the gluten-free crepes were tasty, though!
