Gluten free waffle was maybe made on specific gluten free waffle iron waiter told us?!

Only Ok - they do tout a GF waffle, but the waitress notified me it is no longer a dedicated iron as they had one break and decided to start using the GF one when busy. Poor form. The omelette and potatoes were fine and priced well, but I was quite disappointed with the lack of a waffle when it was expected.

I really didn't like the waffle... It was dry and old tasting. Server had no idea if the syrup was gluten free and they didn't have pure maple syrup offered. She did confirm it was a gf waffle iron so 3 stars for the effort but really not tasty.

I've been going there for years but they just started catering to celiacs. No GF menu but they have a delicious gluten free Belgian waffle made on a dedicated GF waffle iron. Not on the menu yet you just have to ask for it. The owner is working on some gluten free crepes that would also be made in the dedicated space. The owner is very approachable and seems to be very conscientious of cross contamination issues.

One of things that I am greatly missed since being diagnosed with celiac was waffles. Le Peep not only makes these but makes them gluten free. This place is very safe and I enjoyed that the waiter asked if any of us needed a gluten free menu. This is very nice because I always feel awkward having to ask for one. They were very friendly and kind to my condition and brought out my food and even gave me dedicated gluten free syrup. I got the gluten free waffles with bacon and eggs and they even gave my potatos.

Food was very cold. You have to know to ask for a gf menu. Not a welcoming space. Even my non gf companion felt sad about the food.

Really good breakfast! Food isn't marked on menu but server is knowledgeable. Gluten-free English muffin with separate toaster, hash browns are safe, but the peasant potatoes are cross contaminated. gluten-free waffle and pancakes as well. La peep has come a long way with their gluten-free procedures!
