They were knowledgeable about celiac, the dietary and steps needed to minimize cross contamination, and knowledgeable about their menu and ingredients. They were able to steer me towards dishes that would be safest. Plus, the chef delivered our tables' food and assured me which dishes were GF. Such a delight and will definitely return!!
