How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

All of the sausages they get from Cured by Viscontis and they are all gluten free. No buns but there is a sign saying which condiments are gf although personally I did not risk it because of possible cross contamination but all in all a very good place to eat while is Leavenworth!

— Excellent

Place was recommended via a travel blogger. So I was surprised to see it wasn’t listed in FMGF. All the sausages are gluten free and most of the sauces. The menu clearly highlights what is safe and the staff at the counter were very knowledgeable. We got the Hot Italian, Curry Wurst, and Chicken Apple Sage. The sweet and spicy sauce was hands down the best option. Also liked the jalapeño and cranberry ones.
