Ate there on a Saturday evening. I didn’t get sick which is good, but server wasn’t to knowledgeable about Gluten free options. Thankfully another reviewer had offered advice on what to avoid. I thought the meat was all bland tasting, selection on salad bar was limited. It’s really not a traditional salad bar as one would think. Go with caution for the price of a meal.

Most of their stuff is gluten free by design. The cheese bread is made with yuca root and is amazing!! I think I ate more bread than meat. Great service! Great food!

I love this place. Almost everything is gluten free, and what isn't is very obvious. I love the cheese bread!

98% of salad bar is GF- chicken salad, shrimp, mussels, potato salad, roasted potatoes, broccoli, carrots, marinated vegetables, mozzarella & tomatoes, asparagus, cold cuts, etc...). You just have to stay away from the obvious non-GF items (pasta salad, bread). Salad bar spacing is good and limits cc. Hot bar has rice, black bean soup and a hot fish dish. All you can eat meats- stay away from the bacon wrapped chicken, chicken breast marinated in beer and lamb chops. They serve GF Brazilian cheese bread. Flavors are popping in everything. I’m a sensitive Celiac and I am not sick. They are open for dinner hours 5:00-9:00 every night. Full meal with meats is $33.95 and Salad bar only is 19.95. Highly recommend!
