Review of Lee Chen Chinese Cuisine

So VERY impressed with this restaurant!! I have a wheat allergy and have not been able to eat Chinese food for many years because of cross contamination and get very sick. I placed an order for New Years Eve (I'm sure you know it's the busiest time of year) and they told me they would not let me pick up at 6 pm because that would be their busiest time and they couldn't guarantee any contamination. So I ordered and picked up at noon and warmed it up for supper, I assumed it wouldn't be that great warmed over. I was wrong! The food was absolutely delicious and I did not get sick at all. The staff is SO knowledgeable of the dangers of wheat/gluten for some. They even put in gluten free soy sauce packets! I was able to have lobster sauce (not listed as gf but they will prepare separate), crispy sesame chicken and pork fried rice!! Definitely a must go to! Will definitely be going back!!
