The communication among the staff could be improved. I’m making it out unharmed, but with at least 2 close calls where the staff was uncertain about what was in the food/whether what was brought out was actually what I ordered. They ended up making me salad dressing with just lemon juice and olive oil. I think a celiac could safely eat here as long as you triple check everything with the staff. Probably best to speak with manager or chef directly.
