I have non-celiac gluten sensitivity so Celiac folks this may not be a good option for you.
I talked to the owner about how they prep and cook. The owner confirmed they aren’t certified gluten-free but consider themselves gluten friendly.
They change gloves and sanitize all surfaces when making GF pies as well as use a separate mixer. They do use the same oven.
I didn’t have a reaction but could have just got lucky as I am extremely sensitive. The best chicken pot pie I have ever had…! lol
