We spoke to the owner on the first visit. He explained that they have a dedicated fryer AND a gf pizza oven. They understand gluten free precautions, and we’ve had no issues the three times we’ve been over the last week and a half. The food was good, and the restaurant is clean and has a nice feel. We did have one server who seemed to be less knowledgeable than the other two (gf and gluten food came out on same tray, and the server handed out the gluten food before the gluten free food using the same hand) but we were sure to kindly advocate and all turned out well. We are really impressed with this new local choice. It’s so great to have a place to go eat in town!
