A few years ago, I had complete confidence in Legal Seafood restaurants having well-trained staff in cross-contamination. I no longer do, and will not take the chance again. Our server was lovely, the menu is well-labeled, the manager placed our plates. Yet, a gluten-free experience is only as good (or bad) as the staff preparing the food. I’m suspecting it was the RI style calamari I ordered—possibly not in a designated gf fryer. I’m dealing with my glutened symptoms, within an hour of finishing my meal. I really wish we had eaten at the Château or a 110 Grill. (Sigh)
