The menu has plenty of options that can be made gluten-free, and the staff was very knowledgeable. When the food was delivered to me, they assured me that gluten-free precautions had been taken. I ate the shrimp, brown rice, and coleslaw, and it was very delicious. They have gluten-free buns available for their sandwiches, and the breading on fried dishes is made with a chickpea flour.
