Very accommodating. I have had two times when I went with a huge list of foods I couldn't eat (due to temporary health issues) and they created a meal on the spot. The most restrictive was no garlic, onion, peppers of any kind, black pepper, ginger, tomato, potato, eggplant, dairy, meat, and gluten. They made a roasted brussel sprout dish with a coconut milk and tumeric sauce that was delicious . My "regular " I tolerances are gluten, tomato, and dairy, and I never have any problems.
