The glutened ingredients are marked on a list on the wall behind the checkout. Only a few sauces and flavorings and ingredients contain gluten. I'd have preferred them to be marked on the ordering terminals too but only the sauces are; at the beginning it'd be easy to accidentally order a flavored protein with gluten if you didn't check the list. Otherwise, this is great food and I highly recommend.

Great poke bowls! Items not gluten free are clearly marked and a definite minority. All the proteins are gluten free, since they use gluten free soy sauce. Staff may need a nudge to change gloves but have always been super happy to do so. My daughter loves their nori topping, which is in close proximity to items with gluten. They’re always happy to get some from the back. We eat from there at least once a month, and my daughter (celiac) has always felt great after!
