I've eaten here many times and tested the food with my Nima, and items claimed to be gluten free are safe. Just make sure to talk to the server. The shrimp mango salad and green curry are my favorite dishes. Larb is also very good, and the tom kha soup.

My daughter has Celiac disease and has been scared to eat out. Had lunch at the Lacey location and stressed the importance of her meal needing to be gluten-free to our waiter, Tony. She ordered Singapore Noodles with vegetables (he said he was concerned about meat being cross-contaminated). We Nima tested the dish and it showed that it was safe. So pleased with the experience.
