Quality, artisan baked goods from a classically trained pastry chef who found out she was Celiac later in life. The education shows! The breads are all AMAZING and taste great at room temp for 3-4 days after purchasing. The sourdough and rye-style are particularly delicious. The croissant is great, as are the cream puffs. They seem expensive for a little pastry but they are worth it! And if you need a fancy dessert, this is the best source in town. Every cake, cheesecake and tart are good enough for non-gf people to enjoy. The lemon cake is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten - tart, creamy and moist. The tiramisu is nice but not authentic. It’s super sweet, doesn’t taste like liquor and it’s sponge cake instead of ladyfingers. If you’re ok with that, it’s delicious. I could go on & on… Note, this is a bakery only. No prepared sandwiches or other meals.
