Review of Lemongrass

I saw that a lot people said this was a good option for gluten free so I called to get some takeout! I was disappointed with the lack of gf options on the menu, but there still were some so I was willing to try. On the phone call when ordering I made I clear that I can’t have gluten bc and “allergy” (celiac really) and the women told me they have gluten free options and I said great and told her I wanted the pad Thai (marked gf) and asked if the tofu you could get with that was gluten free. She got Very flustered and went on and on saying really nothing at all about how she doesn’t know gluten this gluten that idk... so I asked more specifically how the tofu was prepared, was it fried, what else was fried in the same frier and she just got more flustered and did not have a clear answer to anything and did not seem to have a good concept of what gluten free really meant. I decided it was not safe to order from her and got Vu noodles instead
