I grew up in Bernardsville and am a long-time fan of Lenny’s. I ate many a regular pizza there before going gluten-free in 2013. I am not Celiac but am gluten sensitive. I ordered my first gluten-free pizza from Lenny’s this evening, and am very disappointed. The crust didn’t taste or have the mouth feel of regular pizza crust. It was the taste and consistency of an overly salty, dry biscuit. I am disappointed.
