I went here a couple months ago for the first time and was shocked that they could make almost anything gluten free for me!! they even brought me out gf soy sauce. Their orange chicken is THE BESTTTTTT!!!

Absolutely delicious!! Didn’t get sick at all. Food was super fresh. Restaurant is very clean. This is definitely one on our list now, wish we would have found it sooner 😋

I got diagnosed with celiac nearly 7 months ago and it has been really hard to find things I like. This was my first Chinese food in at least 6 months and it was amazing. The staff were helpful, they have gluten free soy sauce, and pretty much the entire menu can be made gluten free so there were so many options. I will definitely be going back again soon!

Yes, they have GF options but, they now use a shared fryer and rice prep area and is absolutely NOT celiac safe. A server disagreed with me many times stating it was infact GF and her celiac diners enjoy it all the time. I spoke with kitchen. A few months ago it was safe it no longer is. Not recommended.

Had a terrific experience they can make anything gluten free. Waitress is very friendly food amazing. Had the chicken pad thai. Will definitely be back.

I really like the restaurant! They seemed pretty knowledgeable about gluten free and the staff was very friendly and kind! I've eaten here twice now, I didn't get sick at all and the food was delicious! I was so happy because I've never eaten at a gluten free chinese place before!

Had the sweet and sour chicken and steamed rice. Wait staff was knowledgeable about gf and cross contamination. Had no reaction. Will eat here again soon.

Fabulous food, knowledgeable staff, and I didn’t get even a little sick. I’ve not have Springfield style cashew chicken since my diagnosis!

I was verbally given a list of gluten free options. I chose the chicken fried rice. They mildly seasoned it but gave me a bottle of GF soy sauce to use. It was good and I could tell the server cared.

Eaten here several times with no issues. Love their cashew chicken! And their creme brulee.

Waiter understood celiac and was very knowledgeable. Food is great. We eat here often It is an icon in Springfield and owner is the creator of Springfield cashew chicken. They do not use separate fryers so ask for grilled chicken

First I was told anything on the menu could be made gluten-free then I was told different when I ordered and it just seem like it was Rush rush rush to get me out of there and they weren’t even busy but the food was good

staff is knowledgeable about GF options, they offer a GF lo mein and all sauces are as well. They also have a GF chicken dish. I have never gotten sick from eating here multiple times
