I ended up in the hospital after eating here last year. They used to be very good and one of my favorite go to for gluten free food. I would not recommend eating here if you are Celiac.

I have eaten here, without any issue. Waitress was very knowledgeable and checked to make sure my food was GF. I enjoy the orange chicken.
Menu items are marked gluten free, however, be very careful that the items marked gluten free actually are. My server was very knowledgeable and asked when she wasn't sure about an item. She said they change ingredients frequently and that's why some things are marked gluten free, but really aren't. I had the Pad Tai and it was delicious. Leo's is (was) one of my very favorite restaurants before my diagnosis, so I'm glad I can eat there safely. Ask lots of questions, if you aren't sure about a menu item.
