I am gluten intolerant only, so I cannot speak to cross-contamination. They keep stocked GF bread, and will make GF French toast. It’s of mixed results. GF bread cannot be quickly dunked and cooked. It has to soak for a bit to make good GF French toast, and be carefully moved from the batter to grill (or it falls apart). Here, they get it right about one-third of the time. Other food (eggs, bacon, etc.) is very good quality. Service is so-so.
