Just left here. 100% GF/DF, owner is GF/DF herself and talks knowledgeably and extensively about ingredients and GF issues. Has cakes, pies, cookies and is located conveniently about one mile off I40. Sampled three items while standing in bakery - great textures, great flavors. After conversation, 100% confident in eating anything in the store.

Leslie’s bakery has been an answered prayer for our area. I have a gluten intolerance and was driving to Knoxville for a gf/df bakery. Her pies and cakes are AMAZING! When I eat her desserts I’m not missing the gluten filled desserts I used to have. I can’t pick out a favorite but I have bought her double chocolate cake and apricot tart many times. Unless I’m out of town I go every week. She has always been kind and accommodating to my daughter and I. When trying something new I always ask about the ingredients and I can tell you she tries to get the best ingredients. I love that she also supports local businesses by buying their fruit for her pies. Crossville is lucky to have Leslie’s bakery. She puts her heart and soul into everything she makes.

Wish I had a better review to give. I’m from out of town about 3.5 hours.. was very excited to stop by and try out the treats. Realized once I got there that this “dedicated” gluten free bakery had gluten containing buns for their hot dogs (wasn’t even sure why they had these in the first place). I Bought a lovely apple pie only to cut into it this morning and find a black hair under the pie crust like it had been baked with it… talk about disgusting. So there’s 16 dollars down the drain for a whole pie. Our cookies my mom and I picked out are harder then a rock and are also 3 bucks down the drain. I will not be returning.

Amazing GF and dairy free bakery! We have eaten our weight in baked goods while on vacation, and will stop again before heading home. The chocolate pie and cherry tarts are phenomenal, and our non-GF kids could not tell the difference!

This was the best “find” on our trip. We had to drive way out in what we felt like was “nowhere” but it was sooo worth it! Everything was gluten and dairy free! We ate samples and bought many cakes and cookies!

We found this on our travels and always stop if in the area. It’s only a mile or so off the interstate and worth going!! The pies are amazing with a crust that will make you think they aren’t safe but they are! The lime bars are a family favorite too!

We just found this dedicated gluten-free bakery only 8.5 mi. from home! They are on Facebook, but we aren’t, so didn’t even know they existed. What a great experience! Everything gluten-free, and they “forced” us to eat samples. ;) From now till Christmas their hours are Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat from 11 to 6. They do not take orders, so stock up when you visit if you’re out of the area.

WONDERFUL little bakery. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about celiac. The selection was incredible- everything from cookies, cakes, pies, to dog treats! Delicious, not gritty, chalky or bland. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

This bakery is 100% gluten and dairy free. Leslie (the owner) has celiac disease, so if she can eat it you can eat it! She doesn’t use oats either, but she does use nuts in some items. She also offers a few keto/paleo items. She adds different items weekly, depends on what’s in season. Follow the facebook page for all the updates!

O my lord I felt like a kid in a candy store. I’m use to going to a bakery and asking for the one thing they offer gf but everything everything is gluten free dairy free and oats also. I was overwhelmed for a few mins couldn’t decide what to get so I bought a bunch lol. Stopped in today for the first time and will be driving over an hour just to come back for this place. They have an unbelievable variety of options and all of them are gluten free as well as dairy free. We almost got one of everything and i couldn’t believe how much of a value it all is compared to most gluten free bakery’s. If you’re in the area this is a must stop to get some pies!!
