Did not mark gluten-free items on the menu, but our server was knowledgeable about what I could eat, and double checked ingredients and protocols listed on my gf restaurant card. They didn’t have gf soy sauce, but said they could remove it from any of the otherwise gf sushi rolls and replace with sriracha mayo. They also said everything in the salads section could be made gf, as well as some of the mains. I had a spicy tuna roll (without eel sauce) and the 16 hour short rib (without the glaze), both of which were pretty good. I didn’t miss the sauce on either. They also surprised me at the end by saying they could offer a gf dessert - a dulce de leche mousse. This dessert was incredible - so rich I had to share with some friends, but so delicious. I was very well taken care of.
