The cashier checked with the kitchen when I had a question about unusual but possible gluten ingredients. The person who came out to answer was clearly knowledgeable about the different needs between someone who is celiac and someone simply eating gluten free. I ordered a hot ham and cheese with side salad. Delicious! Don't forget to grab a drink from the fridge BEFORE you order. Service may seem slow, but it is made fresh. Looking forward to checking out the grab and go options and the River District location.
