UNBELIEVABLE service!! I am celiac and am not used to having not only the server understand my allergy but also the kitchen know what to do to keep my food safe! The owner/ cook (?) even came up to me to ensure me she was prepping and making my plate in a separate area of her kitchen and will open a new bag of potato chips (if I ordered them) to avoid any cross-contamination. The server even gave me a plastic straw over their paper straws bc she knew their paper straws had gluten in them!! I was MORE than impressed and cannot wait to come here again. The food was amazing too!! Cold peach/ strawberry soups?? SO GOOD!!! (Awesome substitute for a dessert:) You have to visit here when in the area whether you’re GF/ celiac or not! It’s a blissful beautiful tea room/ restaurant “behind” Grundy Bank (a little hard to find but worth the hunt!).

Wonderful experience! They have a dedicated toaster and the waitress made recommendations. She then confirmed with the chef and the chef came to talk to me. They genuinely cared and made sure there was no cross-contamination. Excellent egg salad sandwich, salad and chips. The homemade iced tea was delicious.
