Sadly, I didn’t have a good experience here.
The waitress assured me that they take every precaution with Celiac and gluten free. She recommended the Chicken Carbonara. She said they had special GF pasta and she really likes it.
When the pasta came to the table, she was keen to show me the different shape of the pasta (thus assuring me it was GF) and right visible was a corkscrew normal noodle sticking out from the side of the pile. Ugh! She was mortified and said the chef was, too. They got me a new fresh dish - I was a bit scared to eat it, but I did and it had great flavor… only there was no chicken in it. Ugh. So they had to get me chicken.
It wasn’t a great time or a great birthday dinner. But the waitress was nice and comped my meal. I also didn’t get sick… but I definitely felt more like I was taking a risk than I’d have liked.
Also no dedicated fryer.
