The GF pizza here is incredible. They will also use the dough for flat bread or bread sticks. They don’t have gluten-free beers (yet) but they have cider and wine and can mix drinks to order.
The pizza is baked in a wood fire oven with the non-GF crusts but I’ve never had a contamination issue here. Likely because of the heat levels in the oven.
The staff is always stellar and really helpful with any requests I make.
