Brilliant food as expected. Service was lacking though - servers didn't know their own menu, gluten free options weren't available for some items displayed as having gluten free options, some others weren't available but then were after further inspection.

Gluten free signage is also quite confusing.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

GF options sign posted on the menu and staff understood and volunteered complimentary (and good GF bread before the meal). Brilliant because this is the best place to visit in SG for an incredible view of Marina Bay.

Some of the staff thought their own-brewed beer was GF but they concluded it was too likely to use same equipment as gluten beers.
