Our server was Edgar and he was very helpful/knowledgeable about what contained gluten and what would be cross contaminated. For instance, he told me the bacon wrapped dates are fried in a contaminated fryer. He and the rest of the staff were very understanding and helpful in communicating with me and the kitchen. I enjoyed the Cobb salad, garlic mashed potatoes and petite filet mignon. All were divine, but I wish there was more garlic in the mashed potatoes. Didn’t feel sick after eating here. I would recommend this spot to fellow celiacs if you’re looking for a steak dinner while in Palm Springs.

The staff seemed to be pretty knowledgeable on celiac and communicated with the chef that I had celiac. The waiter knew which items had gluten and which did not fairly well. I had the roasted mashed potatoes and ribeye which was great and felt fine after.

Good steak, huge portions so come hungry. Seemed fairly knowledgeable about GF - peppercorn sauce was confirmed as GF.

We got our food to go. Called to order and was placed on hold so the hostess could check with the chef for gf items. Perfect. We ordered. Ate our perfectly cooks and delicious dinner or salmon, smoked Gouda potatoes and steamed broccoli, no cheese sauce. (It’s not gf). Would return! Do recommend.

The server double checked with the chef that the quinoa with roasted vegetables was gf. It was delicious-very flavorful.
