Possibly gluten free, but a very boring meal. Did have a slight reaction within an hour.
We went tonight for dinner and I made a reservation ahead of time to let them know of my gluten allergy. The menu labels items as gluten free, but really it’s just items that can be made gluten free. We ordered the brussel sprouts for our appetizer, we learned that they are typically fried but the fryer is not dedicated GF so they roasted them for us. I ordered the cauliflower steak (also typically fried and had to be roasted) and my boyfriend got the burger with a gluten free bun. It was alright. The staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and definitely helped make recommendations that would be safe for me, but for the limited selection and price point, I would rather go elsewhere.
As a bright side, they do have an absolutely delicious flourless chocolate cake. Warn them you have a gluten allergy so they don’t include the Oreo.

Lia’s has all the right answers to my questions about how good was prepared and how they avoid cross contamination. Only the chef and/or a manager is allowed to touch/deliver a meal for anyone with a food allergy. Manager came over twice during the meal to make sure we were properly taken care of.
Yes
Totally separate preparation (to my understanding) and very knowledgeable. Have local gf buns from Rise as another reviewer mentioned. As a rule of thumb: any chef geoff restaurant chain is good with celiac!
