Review of Liberated Specialty Foods

Using findmeglutenfree.com while on a trip, I discovered this wonderful dedicated GF bakery, where our group enjoyed a special breakfast. Two of us ordered waffles with ghee and caramel sauce, and they were delicious. The third person in our group had quiche and was quite pleased with her selection, too. The freshly ground and brewed coffee was spectacular. I am the only one who has to eat GF, but all three of us were so impressed with our breakfast that we purchased cinnamon rolls to go.
