Liberty Burger

I was sad I couldn’t eat the fries, but impressed with the honesty of the manager. When I told the waiter I have celiac, he asked the manager what was ok for me to eat. He proceeded to tell me the protocols and that although technically there is a dedicated fryer, they hand make their buns right next to the fryers with flour flying everywhere. All that to say, he did not recommend eating the fries. However, I got a burger wrapped in lettuce and it was bomb! Napa burger, do recommend! (I chose not to try the gf bun as it is made with rice flour and I am coming out of the AIP diet).

Good food. The burger was amazing but way too expensive. $17 for a bacon cheeseburger and fries.

Delicious. Great gluten free bun and fries are made in a dedicated fryer. Burger itself cooked just right.
