Wait staff was ok. The dedicated fryer was broken so husband had to have a salad instead. Overall not too bad but disappointing.

No GF menu but our waiter was super knowledgeable. Delicious gluten free buns and a couple of local cider options. Dedicated frier for the skinny fries and a separate space for prep. Highly recommend!

I will start by saying I am a super sensitive celiac! Not even one rumble in my tummy. This was our first spot for food when we rolled in from out of town yesterday. My hubby and I are here for our second visit. The food is absolutely phenomenal, with a dedicated fryer for their skinny fries. They can modify quite a bit on their menu. Excellent place to eat all around, we had other people yesterday who ate the regular food.

Delicious burgers with a dedicated fryer for French fries. I have Celiac disease and am very sensitive to cross contamination. I did not get sick and if I am ever back in the Jackson area, this is where I would plan to eat again!
See pics of the napa burger attached. Food it labeled as "GF". LOVE THIS PLACE!

The reviews were excellent so we decided to check it out. Server was knowledgeable. I ordered the chicken burger. It was delicious! I was surprised to see an Udi’s bun. It was soft and didn’t fall apart. Hubby liked his burger as well. The skinny fries were also delicious. Would go there again. I didn’t get sick.

Really enjoyed my meal. Waitress knew what was gf and what wasn't. Burger for me and grilled cheese for my daughter (both celiac). Fries also gf in a separate fryer. Very delicious! My non celiac son said he liked the taste of the gf bun more than the regular one!

I ordered the Liberty Burger and it was SO good. The gluten free bun was amazing and the staff was knowledgeable and careful.
Drive thru town and checked the Find Me GF app. Thank you everyone for being so active on this app for this town. Based on recommendations we stopped at Liberty Burger. It was SO good! I’m not a bread eater so I ordered the Napa no bun and my husband and I split an order of sidewinders. They were fries with queso, pico, jalapeños and bacon. Wow!! So good!

Great gluten free burger and amazing fries. Server was very knowledgeable and explained she could put “Celiac” on the order and the chefs would wear gloves and ensure safety. She double-checked I got the right one (my husband got a non-gluten free burger) and I felt very well taken care of.

I got the chicken burger on a gluten free bun and it was SO DELICIOUS! The bun was soft and pretty great for a gf bun. You can get fries from a dedicated fryer. Our server was very knowledgeable and not fazed at all when I said I needed gf accommodations.

Burgers were very good and skinny fries were excellent. Service on Wednesday evening was average - slow to deliver drinks even though restaurant wasn’t packed. Server looked a little confused when I said “celiac”, so I made her write down gluten intolerant for the kitchen staff. Food was hot and delicious.

The Liberty Burger has been a favorite when visiting Jackson Hole. Just left and ordered the gf bison burger and sweet potato fries. The quality, taste and size is nothing like it was a year ago. The bison burger was tough and tasted like it was not bison. Can't believe how little it was. So very disappointed in this visit. Our waitress did not understand celiac or wheat allergy.

All burgers could be served as gluten-free options with gluten-free buns. The burgers were incredibly tasty, rarely eaten so good. The fries are also gluten-free. Price performance is super. As for contamination, I can not give a meaningful verdict.

Had a gluten free burger with side salad. They offer GF French fries but they use soy oil so I was not able to eat as I have a soy allergy. If you tell them you have celiac disease they will clean grill and change gloves. I didn’t have a reaction and food was delicious.

My daughter has Celiacs. She ordered a burger on a gluten free bun, and loved it. Our server was very knowledgeable. The server informed us that they use a separate fryer so my daughter also had fries. We spoke to a manager after dinner and thanked for her offering gluten free options. She said that she also has food allergies and requires her staff to take special care to accommodate those with food allergies. My daughter had no issues, and we would definitely dine here again if we are back in Jackson.

The waitress was fairly knowledgeable about Celiac and gf precautions. They have a very small kitchen, so no dedicated space. They have gf buns and the fries were safe, so my 2 Celiac girls were very happy. Milkshakes were good as well. They cleaned the mixer prior to making the gf shakes. My husband and I had bison burgers and they were dry and overcooked, so I'd stick with their regular burger as that was cooked perfectly.

Updated for winter 2020-2021:
No longer vegan but veggie burger still not gf. Good sweet potato fries but fries are better at Jackson Drug which is also on the square - they have waffle fries too! I like the Napa here.
Dedicated fryer, gf buns, lots of different salad/meat variations. Wait staff can be kind of clueless, but so far they’ve been willing to check out everything I ask. I felt safe as a celiac. As a vegan, I had the Kale Mary sans cheese and croutons, and it was good. Balsamic dressing is vegan but poppyseed contains milk, so I subbed them out. Veggie burger is unfortunately not gf. They do have the vegan impossible burger too.

Our waitress had no knowledge of the food that was gluten free and it is not listed on the menu. I had to ask her to go check. She didn’t know the precautions they took in the kitchen either. I’m kind of really surprised by the positive reviews. Maybe it was just our wait staff but I did not have a positive experience like most and I got very sick after eating here. Most likely cross contamination. The gf bun was not good. I ended up pulling it off and eating the burger without it and I was not impressed by the burger either. I picked this restaurant based off the great reviews and was sorely disappointed. I would not recommend for safe eating.

I have had much better experiences at other locations. Sadly, that was not the case here. Manager informed us that while they do have a dedicated fryer, they use both clean and unclean fryers for fries and she would not guarantee that they would use the correct fryer for our party’s fries even though we were all GF (4pm, pre-dinner rush). So, skip fries. She said they would change gloves and follow protocol for burgers but I do not believe they did as we were all glutened and sick following our meal. Two of the burgers in our party brought out on regular buns even though our entire party was GF and they repeated that back to us. So they took back the burgers and brought them back out on gf buns after way too short a time for them to have actually re-made them. Couldn’t eat those. Very, very bad experience and will not return to this location.

The only thing fried in the fryer is french fries. Both the regular and sweet potato fries are gluten free. The manager and all employees are very good about asking if it is an allergy and will clean the cook top or use foil. If they don't know if an ingredient is gluten free the manager has gotten out the product and let me look at the ingredients list. I have eaten here many, many times over 4 or 5 years and have never been glutened.
