Review of Liberty Union Bar and Grill

I ordered from here this afternoon and got the New Orleans pasta— I confirmed that I ordered it from the “Gluten Free Entrees” section on DoorDash… it wasn’t marked GF when it arrived, and I was suspicious about whether or not the penne was actually GF within the first few bites… I finished it, because I gaslit myself into believing that it was probably a great corn pasta. Needless to say, an hour later I was violently throwing up… this is a maaaaajor screw-up from the kitchen, and made me VERY sick right before a flight for vacation.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
