I worked at Licari’s for 6 years, so I know the in’s and out’s! They cannot confirm that they’re celiac safe because pizza kitchen =‘s flour. BUT the GF crust and cauliflower crusts are awesome! They will get a new pizza pan and cover it with foil prior to making your pizza, change gloves, and make sure the pan isn’t touching anything else in the oven. They also have allergen buttons in the system so the entire kitchen is made aware & they will bring out your GF dish separately for confirmation. The GF pasta is corn based I believe and it’s really good as well! Salads are GF if they don’t have bread crumbs, and everything is made in house so it’s very easy to get answers about ingredients. Again, no pizza restaurant that serves regular pizza can be celiac safe, so be cautious if you’re quite sensitive.
