The outside look is why it took me a while to go inside but I’m so glad that I finally did. Everything that I have tried there is delicious and the staff is so helpful and friendly. When was the last time you walked into a restaurant and you could eat EVERYTHING on the menu !?!?!

This place is gluten free heaven. As someone who is newly diagnosed with celiac it is so amazing to not have to interrogate waitstaff about food prep and dedicated toasters. The entire facility is celiac safe and the staff go above and beyond to create fun sandwiches with the ingredients many GF people miss most (my favorite: thanksgiving wrap with stuffing!). I wish they were open on weekends...

Food is great, very fresh! We always grab take-out in the summer on our way to a hike or to the beach. In an odd location but don’t let that deter you, staff is also super friendly.

I have eaten here several times. The Ruben sandwich is fabulous and I enjoy the rabbit fries.

I don't know if I had really high hopes because of all the great reviews, but I was pretty disappointed with my breakfast. I ordered the French toast (so hard to find celiac friendly French toast so it has been awhile since I had it) and it might as well have been plain old toast. They had a great idea using Texas toast as the base (the bread was good) but there was hardly any egg batter to make it like the French toast I remember. The rest of the menu looked good so I would still recommend giving it a try (just maybe not the French toast).

I love this place. Favorite is the crab cake sandwich. Everything is GF, fresh, and delicious. Staff are all welcoming and awesome. Also has a smoothie bar and a deli case with ready-made to take home and heat up.

A MUST GO! Exterior is a bit confusing but don't let that stop you from going inside! Great selections, specials, service and quality, all with the peace of mind of an entirely gluten free kitchen. Food is fantastic, staff seems to get frazzled when busy tho and aren't very friendly to say the least.

I go there with my wife who has Celiac Disease and order the Pan Crisped Egg Sandwich. This thing fantastic. wish they were open on weekends.

I've been here twice for lunch and love the sandwiches and quinoa salad! Very pleasant staff too

Absolutely amazing food and customer service. The people are so friendly and helpful. I wish they had one near where I live !! 100% recommend to anyone, even if you don't have Celiac. My mom is not gluten-free and loved the food so much. Trying to find an excuse to go back there soon

Wow!!! Found this little slice of heaven from this app, and boy am I glad I did! They make amazing food, everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable and nothing that isn't gluten free is even allowed in the kitchen. The Vermont Cheddar Turkey sandwich may well have been the best sandwich I've ever had...hands down.

We will DEFINITELY be going back!

Don't let the corporate look of the Poliquin Building (Lifestyle Cafe is inside) keep you from checking this place out. Great food--breakfast, wraps, sandwiches, salads, smoothies, prepared foods, even catering--all in an ENTIRELY Gluten Free facility. WiFi and plenty of seating...can't beat it!
