Celiac safe- dedicated space and fryer AND a few vegan options. The bread is also gluten-free, but I chose to have tater tots instead of bread. I didn’t need both tonight. Being very new to this, this is a big deal. Not a lot of places that are vegan and truly celiac safe around here. Gluten free is not enough I’ve found out the hard way. Staff went above and beyond to answer questions and help me feel good about eating here with a phone call ahead of time.
