I’ve had a mix of experiences here! It really depends on what staff member you get for your waiter. Ultimately, the lettuce entertain you chain has great procedures for allergies so most of the staff knew about “gluten allergy” and celiac. It’s a great tapas restaurant with a marked menu, but the fryer is not always dedicated so definitely speak with the staff!

Waiter very informative and ensured us items marked GF on menu are 100% GF! Husband is very sensitive to cross contamination, did not have any issues at all! Garlic shrimp was his favorite!

Excellent experience with a menu full of gf options. I came here for restaurant week and was pleasantly surprised that most of their set menu was gf. Delicious!

Tapas restaurant with items labeled gluten free. Several choices of Sangria or mixed drinks. The food was amazing!
