Staff was very knowledgeable and they had a substitute GF bread option. They don’t have separate fryers though.

The warm gluten free pita was fantastic, I wouldn’t have known it was gf, in fact, I asked to make sure, it was that good. While there are many items noted GF on the menu, the server walked me through what is safe as they don’t have a dedicated fryer. He was very helpful. *Don’t just order the GF, the items listed are Gluten Friendly not all are Gluten Free, confirm with the server first ;)
