While there is nothing marked as GF on the menu and the first server I talked to was pretty clueless about Celiac/GF menu items, one of the people at the register heard me ask and came over to point me through all the GF things and explain safety protocols. You can basically eat anything on the menu that isn't deep fried.
I got the chicken pho and it was so good! The atmosphere was welcoming and the second server we talked to was friendly and knowledgeable.

Very good and quick service. We had the spring roles and noodle bowl. Food was hot and fresh. Didn’t have any gluten issues.

No gf menu but staff was highly knowledgeable. Most of menu, including the rice bowls, noodle bowls, and pho, were all naturally gluten free. Our group tried the noodle bowls with spicy chicken, spicy shrimp, and lemongrass chicken, plus a couple bowls of pho. Everything was delicious, with generous portions and reasonable prices. Staff was super friendly. I wish we would have found this earlier in our New Orleans trip, we would have come again. Two of us have celiac, plus another with intolerance. We had no reactions.
