No gluten free menu, but waiter was very helpful at navigating items marinated in soy sauce. Basically, you can have shrimp in several entrees such as Bun ( noodle bowl) or fresh Spring rolls. I believe the pho with beef steak is also gluten free. Not many options and nothing labeled.
