I probably should've listened to the comment above this, because I tried Ling Wu against my better judgment. Really strange because the waiter was very helpful and assured me everything was gluten free... but I ended up having a pretty decent reaction to the food that night. I only got the egg drop soup and the stir fry which seemed innocuous. I won't go again, even though everything seemed safe on the surface. I'm quite sure they're using an ingredient or have some big source or cross-contamination that they're unaware about.

Not Celiac safe in my opinion. I called ahead and was told the owner is GF and almost the whole menu is GF (he listed off almost every item). I was confused when I arrived and saw only some items were marked on the menu. I told the waiter I had Celiac, or a gluten allergy, and he was unsure of which menu items contained gluten. After asking many questions, we ordered the gf veggie dumplings, pea shoots and veggie fried rice. I was sick later that night and the next morning. So much conflicting information from different staff members here and ultimately had a disappointing experience. Plus, pricey!
