Review of Lit Pizza

They have a gluten free crystal and gluten free sauce. They ask you if it is a preference or an allergy and will change gloves and back it on a pan in the wood fired oven so it doesn't touch the hearth where the other pizzas cook. We absolutely love this place. Member rewards program. Fast service. Friendly staff. (Please note that for accuracy I indicate that they don't have a dedicated GF fryer...however they don't have a fryer at all as they do not serve fried food).
