I ordered chicken tacos, Supreme nachos, steak bowl, and street corn, it was all super awesome, don't miss the CORN. The corn taco shells are cooked right! Not dry! They have flour quesidillias but they are made in a separate area. My friends children ordered quesidillias and they looked baked on an individual piece of aluminum foil. If it is as it appears that the quesidillias are baked individually, then it would be even safer for us. They do not have fryers. Their chips are precooked so no CC there. I did do Not get sick, I've eaten there several times. Service is awesome. I usually get sick super easily if places do a bad job. It is a Shared kitchen with people who do Not understand cross contamination, but with less risk of contamination.

Liras Tacos has only used corn tortillas. Very fresh ingredients and great prices. They offer amazing customer service.
