This is the bakery for Company Cafe, I ordered an Italian Wedding cake online for pick up at Company Cafe. Simply incredible, I’ll be shipping coffee cake to all my relatives this year!!

I am so please to have found this bakery! Their products are so delicious even our full gluten family members loved the delicious cake we just ordered for my daughter’s birthday!

My daughter and I are both celiac and have had bad experiences w cross contamination at other GF bakers, but Siobhan and Liteful Foods is GFCO approved. She let me know they do not allow any gluten containing ingredients in their bakery! I can happily say that neither of us had any issues other than the cake was so amazing we ate too much of it! The BEST problem to have for someone with celiac issues.

We ordered the Monster Cookie Cake and it is our new favorite cake. It has such a good flavor. The cake was moist, with real cookies in the cake part. The frosting was excellent and not the cloyingly sweet cream cheese frosting that makes a cake difficult to enjoy. This was the perfect balance of yummy flavors plus it had a generous amount of crumbled chocolate chip cookies on top.

I also ordered the crownies which are chocolate chip cookies baked on top of a brownie cup. Amazing! I am trying not to eat all of them!

This facility is not open to the public, so you can order online and either pick up at Company Cafe on Greenville Ave in Dallas or they will ship it to you. I picked my cake up and enjoyed a wonderful lunch of chicken and waffles. I highly recommend you time the pick up to a meal as this restaurant has so many GF options!!

You do need to place your order 48hrs in advance and they don’t ship out orders after Friday so your treats aren’t sitting in a warehouse until the next business day so the quality is fresh, so factor that in.
