I called before going to them for dinner. They sent my call straight to the chef who was able to answer all of my questions and more. Easily one of the most knowledgeable and accommodating experiences I’ve had. He informed me that they have separate dedicated pans for some of their dishes. And any specific item he knew what the exact cooking process was and how to limit cross contact. Overall had a great experience! It’s not often you can go to a non-dedicated restaurant and know that they understand how to cook gluten free.
