I made a reservation here and provided information about me having celiac. When we got seated the waitress immediately walked me through the menu and told me how they can alter the items to be gf but that their fryer only fries gluten free items and pretty much everything was already gf and if it wasn't could be made to be. They were very knowledgeable about cross contamination and I felt very safe eating here with no symptoms afterwards.
